Located on the prominent corner of King and Sussex Streets, the 25 King Street has a three-storey Victorian Italianate facade which is constructed of ashlar stone. The building is listed as an item of local heritage significance, having been originally constructed circa1891 for the purposes of the ‘western branch’ of the ‘City Bank of Sydney’. Despite of regular commercial fitout scopes, the whole refurbishment work consists of re-waterproofing the entire building, sandstone facade restoration, building services upgrade to suite proper function, antique item reinstatement, BCA & DDA compliance modifications, etc.
